Your subscribers can have assigned attributes that support chat center. Certain user attributes are automatically stored by the system. Other options for assigning characteristics are manual input or automated survey using chatbots. Users can view and change their characteristics at any time. To do this, they send the message "profile" within the chat.

An ADV regulates between MessengerPeople and the customer, how exactly MessengerPeople handles customer data. The ADV is based on legal patterns, which were adapted by MessengerPeople to the usage situation. In the "Basic" and "Business" packages, MessengerPeople provides an ADV based on sample texts. In the "Enterprise" package, it is possible to arrange an individual ADV (depending on the effort involved, additional costs will be charged).
